CHA Annual Awards Deadline Extended to January 14

There’s still time to showcase the extraordinary work happening at hospitals.  The Connecticut Hospital Association (CHA) has extended the deadline to submit entries for the 2026 CHA Annual Awards to Wednesday, January 14.

These prestigious awards provide a platform for hospitals to spotlight programs and initiatives that improve patient care and strengthen our communities.  In addition to receiving statewide recognition, winning teams’ work is showcased in a professional video that captures the real-world impact.  Learn more about last year’s winners and watch their recognition videos here.

Entries for the 2026 Connecticut’s Hospital Community Service Award and the 2026 John D. Thompson Award for Excellence in the Delivery of Healthcare Through the Use of Data are being accepted through the CHA website (links for each award application provided below).

Entrants must be logged in to their CHA member account to access the award submission webpages, which are linked below.  For instructions on how to set up an account if you have not yet, click here.
