CHA Issue-Based Forum: Probate Court Conservatorship in Connecticut
Wednesday, May 20, 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
Virtual

CHA will host a free, members-only forum with representatives from the Office of the Probate Court Administrator.  This session is intended to provide a high-level overview of probate court procedures and conservatorship laws in Connecticut, with a particular focus on the interactions between probate courts and conservators with healthcare providers.  After the presentation portion of the webinar, there will be time allotted for participants to submit questions for presenters to address via the Zoom platform.

CHA and the Office of Probate Court Administrator staff anticipate this session will serve as a basis for additional issue-based member forums addressing conservatorship in Connecticut and the impact to patients in hospitals.

Target Audience: This forum is intended for any interested CHA member, and particularly those who routinely interact with either the probate court in their area and/or with conservators who are responsible for overseeing a patient’s healthcare matters.

This forum is only open to CHA members. To register, please log in to your CHA account. You will then have access to the registration.
