With federal funding in limbo, CT Dems propose Medicaid expansion

State Democratic leaders on Tuesday unveiled a $250 million, three-year plan to increase how much Medicaid pays to physicians for services provided to low-income residents. If implemented, these would be the first across-the-board increases to Connecticut’s Medicaid reimbursement rates in nearly two decades.
