Scammers targeting health care professionals by claiming their license is revoked; what to look out for

HARTFORD, Conn. — State health officials are warning health care professionals of scam phone calls and letters falsely claiming their practicing licenses have been taken away from them. The CT Dept. of Public Health (DPH) said it’s received several reports of those fraudulent calls recently.
