Hartford HealthCare seeks state approval to buy Manchester, Rockville hospitals

Hartford HealthCare made its case to state regulators Tuesday as it seeks to acquire two more hospitals.

The healthcare giant is looking to purchase Manchester Memorial and Rockville General hospitals, two of the facilities owned by Prospect Medical Holdings.
