HARTFORD, Conn — Connecticut Attorney General William Tong announced two massive settlements this week involving two pharmaceutical manufacturing companies totaling nearly $18 million.
Community members who bought certain generic drugs in the U.S. between May 1, 2009, and Dec. 31, 2019, could be eligible to get paid.
Tong led a coalition of 48 states and territories that settled with both Lannett Company, Inc. and Bausch Health US, LLC and Bausch Health Americas, Inc. amounting to nearly $17.85 million.
