Blumenthal: CT must reject insurance rate increases

U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal has added his name to the list of elected officials urging the Connecticut Insurance Department to reject proposed rate filings for four insurance companies that would mean a double-digit rate increase for more than 220,000 people.
