Advocates to meet with CT Governor on proposal to sunset Medicaid plan option

The CFC program, established by the Affordable Care Act, is a Medicaid state plan option that allows people who are elderly or disabled, but who need a higher level of care, to receive that level of care while also allowing them to choose which services they need for independent living.
