HARTFORD, Conn. — The riveting will soon cease, and the hammering will soon stop. And in December, the Connecticut Children’s Tower and Expansion Project will open to the patients and families that need it most. The “tower” is an eight-story hospital complex that has been a four-year, $320-million build, and a collaboration between Connecticut Children’s and DPR Construction.
