Officials urge precautions and vaccinations as flu, RSV cases rise

Public health officials are reminding people to take precautions as flu and RSV cases rise.

New York saw an 80% spike in flu cases at the end of November, prompting Connecticut Department of Public Health Commissioner Manisha Juthani to urge people here to take steps like washing hands, staying home when sick, and wearing masks if they show symptoms.
