Veterans say Trump’s planned cuts will return VA to era of backlogs

Veterans join U.S. Rep. Rosa L. DeLauro, D-3rd District, Gov. Ned Lamont and others at the latest in a series of events decrying cutbacks that disproportionately affect veterans, who are about 30% of the federal workforce. DeLauro said the events were meant to generate pushback.
