Underground fire knocks out power to over 9,100 customers in Hartford, including Hartford Hospital

More than 9,100 customers in Hartford lost power Wednesday morning, including Hartford Hospital and Fox61. The power outage was caused by an underground electrical vault fire on Elm Street around 3:30 a.m., officials said.
