Prominent Hartford-area hospital has new leader as parent company realigns leadership

Saint Francis Hospital formally welcomed its new president Wednesday as Trinity Health of New England moves to a leadership structure that puts four of its hospitals under the oversight of one executive.

Dr. Robert Roose, who was recently named president of acute care for Trinity Health of New England, was introduced during an Aug. 26 news conference at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford.
