Lamont, UConn officials celebrate new affiliation for Waterbury Hospital

WATERBURY, CT — Waterbury Hospital entered a new chapter in its history Wednesday, as officials cut the ribbon on the 130-year-old hospital’s rebranding as part of the UConn Health Community Network.

“UConn Health Waterbury Hospital is open,” said Andrew Agwunobi, CEO of the UConn Health Community Network.
