HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Every year, more than 350,000 cardiac arrests happen outside of the hospital.

Through the hands-only CPR mobile kiosk, Hartford HealthCare and the American Heart Association are bringing lifesaving CPR training directly to communities.
