House passes climate and reproductive health bills after hours of debate

HARTFORD, CT – After hours of debate, the Connecticut House of Representatives on Thursday advanced two major pieces of legislation, one charting a course for the state’s climate strategy and the other codifying reproductive health access for minors. Both bills now move to the Senate for consideration.
