As hospitals face a host of complex challenges, Connecticut nurses are raising concerns about workplace violence, crippling staffing shortages and burnout, which they said has become part of the daily job.

Nurses who spoke to News 8 warn that a mass exodus of hospital staff could change the future of patient care.
