Doctors, lawmakers describe bill capping out-of-network costs as ‘a disaster’

HARTFORD, CT – Representatives from the medical community and state lawmakers came together Wednesday to voice their concerns about a bill capping out-of-network costs, saying it favors insurance companies and would have an alarming effect on care, costs, and wait times for patients.
