Bill seeks to ban Connecticut companies from manufacturing lethal injection drugs

Connecticut residents, groups, and associations testified this week in support of a bill that seeks to prohibit the production of drugs and medical devices in Connecticut that could be used to implement the death penalty in other states. But some say if such a bill becomes law, it would be difficult and potentially costly to enforce.
