Ryan Fazio offers prayers, talks property taxes to unseat a governor

Ryan Fazio, a Republican from Greenwich, ventured north on a late-summer Sunday to pray and campaign at Black churches in Bloomfield, a dauntingly Democratic suburb of Hartford. He sat in seats occupied two Sundays prior by Gov. Ned Lamont, another son of Greenwich, the one holding the job Fazio desires.
