Tong joins lawsuit to block catastrophic health insurance expansion

Connecticut Attorney General William Tong joined a multi-state lawsuit in yet another legal battle against the Trump Administration. This time, Tong is opposing the expansion of eligibility for catastrophic health insurance plans.
