How Hartford HealthCare is expanding 24/7 virtual care into specialty fields

Hartford HealthCare is expanding its HHC 24/7 virtual care service into endocrinology.

The health system launched HHC 24/7 in 2024 to provide primary care services in a partnership with K Health. An HHC 24/7 visit starts with the patient interacting with an AI tool that generates a patient chart for HHC 24/7 physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) who are employed by Hartford HealthCare.
