Connecticut hospitals were ranked No. 1 for patient safety in Leapfrog’s Spring 2026 Hospital Safety Grades.

Leapfrog’s Hospital Safety Grades are determined by more than 30 factors including infection rates, medication safety, surgical outcomes and staffing practices.
