CT adds over $9 million in funding to 211, homelessness prevention programs

ROCKY HILL, CT — Up to 1,000 more people may receive support through the statewide 211 telephone system each week, following the announcement Monday that Connecticut is allocating $2.6 million in state funding to increase call capacity.
