Connecticut Healthcare Association Collaborative Hosts Ice Cream Social at the Capitol

The Connecticut Hospital Association (CHA) joined partners in the Connecticut Healthcare Association Collaborative on Thursday, May 8, for a legislative reception in support of shared state legislative policy initiatives, such as a strong Medicaid program.  This year, the event was held in conjunction with the Aging Committee’s Senior Day at the Capitol.

The Hartford-based gathering is one of a series of events held over the years designed to inform state policymakers on issues impacting the state’s healthcare provider community.  The event provided an opportunity to continue connecting with state legislators in a social atmosphere during the final days of the 2025 Legislative Session.

The members of the Connecticut Healthcare Association Collaborative include CHA, the Connecticut Association of Healthcare Facilities, LeadingAge Connecticut, and the Connecticut Association for Healthcare at Home.
