FreeThe Connecticut Hospital Association (CHA) will host an issue-based forum with attorneys from the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General on data security and privacy laws. Join your colleagues from hospitals across the state for this virtual presentation that will include current trends with respect to data breaches and best practices for breach reporting and data security.
Additionally, the presenters will provide an overview of privacy considerations, recent developments, and applicable laws in the context of immigration enforcement, reproductive health, and gender-affirming care.

- Michele Lucan, Chief of Privacy Section at the Connecticut Attorney General’s Office
