Launched in the fall of 2023, HRO Forward builds on the work that began in 2012 when CHA implemented the first-in-the-nation statewide collaborative to create a safety culture, adopting high reliability principles and engaging in extensive training and hands-on interactive simulation.
Education is customized to include all levels of current staff from new hires to senior leaders and clinical staff.
