St. Vincent’s Medical Center | Health Improvement Alliance | Regional coalition co-led by St. Vincent’s Medical Center and Bridgeport Hospital that has been working together since 2003 to identify, prioritize, and measurably improve the health of the community through prevention, education, and services. Includes the departments of health from seven towns (Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Milford, Monroe, Stratford & Trumbull), two federally qualified health centers (Southwest and Optimus), and more than 65 community and non-profit organizations serving Greater Bridgeport. Colleagues also serve on task forces centered on the four priority areas: Access to Care, Behavioral Health, Child Wellbeing and Health Lifestyles. |
