Includes the departments of health from seven towns (Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Milford, Monroe, Stratford & Trumbull), two federally qualified health centers (Southwest and Optimus), and more than 65 community and non-profit organizations serving Greater Bridgeport. Colleagues also serve on task forces centered on the four priority areas: Access to Care, Behavioral Health, Child Wellbeing and Health Lifestyles. |
