“Safety Starts With Me” CHAMP Safety Habit Training for Providers – 12/12 Virtual Session

There is no fee for this event.

This training is only open to CHA Patient Safety Organization members.

The “Safety Starts With Me” CHAMP principles and tools will be shared with providers via a two-hour virtual presentation. Behaviors and practices of a high reliability organization (HRO) will also be shared. This course is for all providers in the inpatient and outpatient areas of your healthcare organization.

“Safety Starts With Me” CHAMP Safety Habit Training for Providers will be held on Thursday, November 21 and Thursday, December 12 from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. virtually via Zoom. Each session is identical; providers need only to attend one.
