This training is only open to CHA Patient Safety Organization Members.

CHA will continue to offer “Safety Starts with Me” CHAMP Safety Habit Training, Train-the-Trainer, a highly effective model CHA has utilized throughout its high reliability journey to disseminate HRO principles and behaviors throughout organizations. The training has been updated with new material and is scripted, and requires a strong quality and safety advocate and enthusiastic participant, from support staff to managers and senior leaders, including the CEO, who is willing to train others within their organization.

This session is limited to 40 registrants.
