HRO Cause Analysis Workshop, Two-Day Session – 2/18 & 2/19

This workshop is only open to CHA PSO Member Hospitals.

The two-day Cause Analysis Workshop features interactive lectures, case study applications, and group discussion to reinforce the framework, tools, and techniques to enhance the identification of root causes, corrective actions, and lessons earned. The Workshop will also provide an in-depth understanding of how human performance is influenced and managed in complex systems.

Target audience: All hospital staff who are tasked with leading, managing, or participating in the hospital’s Cause Analysis or Root Cause Analysis process.

Cause Analysis Workshop will be held on Wednesday, February 18 and Thursday, February 19  from 9:00 a.m.—4:00 p.m. at CHA in Wallingford.

This workshop is limited to 30 participants.
