Simulation helps caregivers understand dementia

CHESHIRE, Conn. — Assisted Living Home Care Services in Cheshire has become the first non-medical home care agency in Connecticut to train its caregivers using Dementia Live, a program designed to provide hands-on experience that helps workers better understand the people they care for.
