NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A Preston man is getting his life back after years of chronic pain, numbness, and weakness—thanks to two advanced spine surgeries performed at MidState Medical Center and Backus Hospital.
David Terrell spent years pushing through intense pain. After a previous neck surgery, he began noticing numbness in his arms and growing trouble with hand coordination—symptoms that made everyday tasks difficult.
“I couldn’t do the same amount of things that I did before because the pain kept getting more and more,” he said.
