NEW BRITAIN — Since opening in 2015, the Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute at The Hospital of Central Connecticut (HOCC) has become one of the region’s most advanced, patient-centered cancer programs. Its 10th anniversary marked a major milestone, which was celebrated this week.
