Gov. Lamont announces 1K new spaces being added to state’s Early Start CT program

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Governor Ned Lamont joined other officials Thursday to announce up to 1,000 new spaces being added to the Early Start CT program in January.

The program is a state-funded early care and education program for income-eligible families, which is administered by the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood. It serves infants, toddlers, preschool and school-age children.
