CT legislators return for 2026 session

HARTFORD, CT – The General Assembly is back in session today, ready to tackle new bills, committee meetings and financial decisions.

Both the Connecticut Senate and the House of Representatives will convene at 10 a.m. in their respective chambers at the Capitol, and a joint session is scheduled for noon in House chambers, with Gov. Ned Lamont giving his annual State of the State address.
