Behavioral Health Board reviews 2025 legislative wins, outlines next steps

HARTFORD, CT — Passage of long-sought legislation was one of the highlights of the 2025 legislative session, according to the State Advisory Board on Children’s Behavioral Health. The board met Monday to mark several achievements, while warning that Connecticut’s behavioral health system still suffers from systemic gaps in access, equity, and insurance reimbursement.
