Audit: CT health strategy office missing purchase logs, contract reports

Purchase card irregularities, inconsistent recordkeeping and missing contract evaluations in the Office of Health Strategy were issues the state Auditors of Public Accounts noted in an audit released this week.

The audit covered the fiscal years 2022 and 2023.
