Connecticut backs planned parenthood in legal fight over defunding

HARTFORD, CT – Connecticut Attorney General William Tong, along with California Attorney General Rob Bonta and New York Attorney General Letitia James, has filed an amicus brief in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit supporting Planned Parenthood in its challenge to what Tong called the Trump Administration’s unlawful efforts to defund its health centers.
