Cause Analysis Workshop - Two-Day Session Location: Connecticut Hospital Association, 110 Barnes Road, Wallingford, CT 06492
There is no fee for this event. This training is only open to CHA Patient Safety Organization Members. The Cause Analysis Workshop is targeted for safety, quality, or risk department RCA analysts across Connecticut hospitals. This session will use interactive lectures, case study applications, and group discussion to reinforce the framework, tools, and techniques to enhance the identification of root causes, corrective actions, and lessons learned. The Workshop will also provide an in-depth understanding of how human performance is influenced and managed in complex systems. Cause Analysis Workshop will be held on Thursday, October 19 and Friday, October 20 from 9:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m. at CHA in Wallingford.
