Kickoff Meeting for HRO - onsite registration Location: Connecticut Hospital Association, 110 Barnes Road, Wallingford, CT 06492
There is no fee for this event. This training is only open to CHA Patient Safety Organization Members. The next phase of HRO begins with a kickoff breakfast meeting at the CHA offices in Wallingford on September 27, from 8:30-11:30 a.m. We are strongly encouraging in person attendance at this first meeting if at all possible. The first portion of our kick-off will include a high-level overview of our journey thus far, plans for this next phase and presentation by IHI Project Consultant, Dr. Jeffrey Salvon-Harmon, Vice President of Safety. The second portion will include a group discussion and detailed review of the components of the project plan. This will also be an opportunity to meet with the core teams from other organizations.
