The 2023 CHA Quality and Safety Summit will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 onsite at CHA in Wallingford. A virtual option will be provided via a Zoom link. This year’s Summit is built around the theme and key components of IHI’s Safer Together: A National Action Plan to Advance Patient Safety and will include sessions on:
These inter-related sessions will present strategies and tools to assist staff in beginning the process of revitalizing our high reliability journey by assessing the organization’s baseline of high reliability implementation, and examining best practices to reduce harm throughout Connecticut hospitals.
