»	28 De-Escalation 101 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Location: Live Webinar, Presented at your Facility There is no fee for this event. This virtual two-hour de-escalation training will instruct employees to identify and intervene in what could become potentially volatile situations. This program is a repeat of the October 27, 2020 session; you only need to attend one of two sessions. Registration for this event is now closed.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received ten business days prior to the program date will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee. After that time, you may send a substitute. There is no refund.
