HRO Fair and Just Culture - Education Session
Location: Live Webinar, Presented at your Facility
There is no fee for this event.
The Fair and Just Culture session, for anyone who manages people, will train staff to review performance when there is an adverse event from a standardized perspective—to focus on the behavior rather than the outcome.
A 90-minute education session will be provided for senior leaders, operational leaders, and Human Resource department professionals on the fundamental concepts and structure critical to the successful implementation and sustainment of a fair and just response system when errors, events, or protocol deviations occur. This program will address the need to establish robust event reporting and clear lines between acceptable and unacceptable behaviors, and will review the use of the Performance Management Decision Guide to help consistently respond to deviations.
Please note: Continuing Education credits are only awarded to those who attend the live session, and not to those who only view the recording.
This session is only offered to CHA HRO members
