HARTFORD, CT — Is State Statute 8-30g exacerbating the very problem — the lack of affordable housing — that it was intended to solve?

State legislators, agency officials and municipal leaders wrestled with that question at a roundtable discussion Wednesday morning. Held at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford, the talk focused solely on the state’s perennially controversial affordable housing statute but ended with no clear answers.
